Look Aesthetics

Facial balance is about how your features work together—not chasing symmetry or changing what makes you recognisable. A small adjustment to one area can sometimes create a more harmonious profile without treating the whole face.

Dermal filler remains one of the most useful tools for precise, immediate enhancement, but modern treatment planning is more measured. We use the smallest appropriate amount and consider skin quality, movement and collagen support alongside facial structure.

How facial balance can be approached

Profile balancing

Carefully placed filler can be used to refine the relationship between the nose, lips and chin. Chin enhancement may improve profile proportions, while non-surgical nose contouring can create the appearance of a straighter or more balanced profile in suitable clients. These are advanced treatments and require a full consultation and risk discussion.

Cheeks, mid-face and lower-face support

Age-related volume change can affect the cheeks, folds and lower face. Strategic filler may restore support and soften shadows without recreating the high, heavily contoured cheek look that was once popular. The aim is subtle structure, not obvious volume.

Natural lip enhancement

Lip filler can replace definition, improve proportion or add soft volume while respecting your natural lip shape. Treatment does not have to mean very large lips; a conservative approach can create a refined result that suits the rest of the face.

Jawline and chin definition

Small amounts of filler may improve chin projection, jawline definition or the transition between the face and neck. This can be particularly helpful when profile balance, rather than simply adding volume, is the priority.

When filler is not the whole answer

If the concern also involves skin laxity, collagen loss or overall skin quality, we may discuss skin boosters, polynucleotides, Sculptra, Radiesse or Profhilo Structura. Combining approaches can create a more natural result than relying on larger amounts of filler alone.

A full-face assessment, not a sales list

We will look at your features from the front, side and in movement, then discuss what would make the most meaningful difference. Sometimes the best plan is one small treatment; sometimes it is a staged combination.

You will always receive honest advice—including when treatment is unnecessary or another option would be more appropriate.
