This notice explains how Look Aesthetics uses personal information when you join our email list through our website or social-profile sign-up links. It covers our email list rather than treatment records, bookings or purchases.

What we collect and why
We collect your email address and records of your sign-up, consent and email confirmation. Our email provider may also record technical information such as your IP address, sign-up source, timestamps and email delivery information to operate the service, prevent abuse and maintain consent records. Please do not enter medical or treatment information in the sign-up form.
Your choice and consent
With your consent, we send occasional email marketing with skincare tips, clinic news and special offers from Look Aesthetics. After you sign up, we send a confirmation email so you can confirm your choice. Joining is optional and is not a condition of booking or receiving a treatment. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent.
Our email provider
We use MailerLite to store and manage the mailing list and deliver emails on our behalf. MailerLite uses service providers to operate its platform. Its primary data storage is in the European Union; where information is processed internationally, the applicable transfer arrangements are described in MailerLite’s privacy policy and data processing addendum.
How long we keep information
We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and we continue operating the email list. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to you. We retain the minimum suppression and consent records needed to honour your choice and demonstrate compliance, based on whether those records remain necessary for these purposes and any applicable legal requirements. We rely on our legitimate interests in respecting opt-outs and maintaining compliance records for this limited retention.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us using the email address above to exercise your rights.
